http://ogcc.viis.state.co.us/cgi-bin/openobj.EXE?ID=8545208&DOCID=LI$TBFKBA1PN48%23W&CLASSID=52428 This is an exhibit from the hearing which shows fault and stress – I believe this clearly raises questions as to the potential for seeping in our area as well as suggests relativity of the Arbaney kick to the Schwartz fracing or completions job. It further, I believe lends credibility to the ignored fact that the Arbaney kick shook our home and affected the canyon rim where we believe the energy from the kick exited. The red line to the left (in the graphic) actually follows that route. Our house is located near or on that red line and Arbaney's well is located near it also. The new orange gunk is located approximately between the word "Seep" and the end of the red line to the left. The Interestingly, the Arbaney well location is not visible underneath the red lettering, but you can see it on the larger photo. Although the word "SEEP" appears loosley associated with the region, you'll notice there is only one re irregular splotch some distance below that word that delineates the seep or what was deemed the "Main seep" on Mr. Langegger's property. The little crossed red ovals are the sites of wells. Please click here for a larger photo. It's so easy for the COGCC supervisory environmental staff to discount all of our concerns, but when you look at this map, I think it raises plausibility to new heights. All we want is a correlative investigation, because we believe the events may be connected which may make them relative to renewed drilling. And because this event seems to have progressed over the course of the many months, we worry it may only get worse. For more on the Arbaney kick, please click here.
